A non-profit 501 (c ) 3 tax exempt media arts company established in Fall 2000 that produces and distributes social justice documentaries, fiction films, and interactive media that inspire, educate, and entertain viewers around the world while also serving as a venue for grassroots activism.

The Mind, Body, & Spirit of Media Arts

A major part of 3rd Eye’s core belief is that moving images are extremely important in how one shapes their own identity and forms notions about others. In this media age, broadcast image is one of the first ways we acquire knowledge about people and cultures we may not know except through the computer, movie, cell phone, or television screen. We believe that film and video can serve humanity by nurturing; community, social activism, dialogue, and capacity building. Media is one of the most important educational tools we have in the 21st century and we believe that we can expand peace, human rights, and social justice through film, television, and interactive media.
